FAQ

Yes. We use a moving company to deliver orders every Wednesday. Normally they’ll be delivered to your garage, but can be moved through one door into the house. Prices start at $100 for local deliveries and get higher depending on your proximity to us. We will only deliver within 60 miles of our showroom.

It depends on how detailed we’re getting. Simple layouts plotted with our stock cabinets can be done in one appointment. For jobs a little more detailed or larger spaces may take a couple of days after the designer has everything they need. More complex, highly detailed spaces could take up to 2 weeks. Give about two weeks for whole house or new construction projects.

Bring us some rough measurements on your current space and layout. What’s not working about your current space? Also have some ideas on what you like, but if you don’t we can help guide you to something you’ll love.

Every kitchen design is different. It is very important that you take the right steps to making sure that you order exactly what is needed for your particular kitchen. Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus offers a FREE design service to ensure that you get your order correct without any mistakes.

While the differences between these continue to evolve the breakdown is relatively as follows: Stock usually refers to a limited line with few opportunities for customization. As a result, stock lines are often the cheapest and quickest option. Semi-custom encompasses many more options and customizable sizes. More door styles, wood species, and finishes are offered in a semi-custom line. Custom Cabinets on the other hand allow you to modify some or all aspects of the cabinet. Things such as depth, width, and height can all be changed. Some lines go so far as painting your cabinetry any color you can find at a Sherwin Williams.

Accurate measurements are critical to the success of your design. We can help make sure your measurements are correct before we order you cabinets. We have also developed a design worksheet that you can print off and begin a sketch with.

  • Start in a corner and go around the room measuring the walls, doors and windows (not your existing cabinets).
  • When you come upon a door or window, include the trim in the door or window measurement (there are no standard sizes).
  • Measure the ceiling height.
  • Measure your existing appliances (if you are keeping them). If you are getting new appliances, bring in the model numbers before we order the cabinets.
  • Provide a measurement from the corner to the center of the sink (or plumbing).
  • Measure any other items in the room (such as heating vents, chimneys, bump outs, beams or soffits).
  • A picture is worth a thousand words, bring in some pictures of your existing kitchen.

We recommend that you have some experience with kitchen cabinet installation or hire a professional. It is very important that you hire someone with good experience. Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus will work with you to make sure that you order the right items to make your kitchen complete. It depends on your budget. Our express line comes with a printed on side. This is a great question. There are 2 parts to the cabinets that we need to discuss. The first is the face frame and doors, or the part that you see. These parts are usually solid wood. The center panel of the door may be solid wood or a wood veneer panel, depending on what door you are looking at. The second part of the cabinet is the box, or the sides, backs, tops, and bottoms. The box can be either plywood or particle board, depending on what’s most important to you. Be sure to talk with one of our design specialists about your cabinets construction.

Maybe not, in fact at Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus we have made a very conscious decision not to allow online ordering. While the internet is a wonderful thing, we feel that there are simple too many detail questions that need to be answered to do a good job online. We hope you find our website informative and helpful but we really encourage anyone who is ready to remodel a kitchen or bath to speak to one of our designers. The conversation is free and more often then not we ask a few questions that you may not have thought of yet.

You can order single items the same way that you ordered your other products.

Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus is a big place and we might have what you want in stock but odds are we will have to custom order it. On average cabinets take about 3 to 4 weeks to delivered. We strive to get all orders shipped as fast as possible. However we realize you don’t remodel every day and it is far more important to get it right than to get is super fast
